The EREADA® AMETHYST BIO~MAT is situated in a private room where you are invited to lie down on the Amethyst Bio~Mat that is placed on a traditional massage healing bed. An Amethyst Crystal eye mask will be placed on your eyes, and you will be invited to smell the aromas of the essential oils that will be offered to you and as you listen to soft and relaxing music you slowly drift off into a deep state of relaxation and bliss releasing the outside world and going within.
