Looking for a more private, deeper salt healing experience? Then the 5 Sense Infrared Sauna is what you need. It is situated in a private room where you are invited to be clothed or wear a bathing suit allowing your skin to be exposed. You will be seated as you enjoy this 5 senses experience:

The Color Therapy in the Sauna is healing depending on the color as follows:
Green - acts as a relaxant
Orange - helps address asthma and bronchitis
Red - activates the circulatory and nervous system
Indigo - activates and eliminates impurities from the blood stream
Blue - stimulates muscles and skin cells, nerves, and the circulatory system
Yellow - reactivates and purifies the skin, helps with indigestion and bodily stress
Violet - relaxes the nerves and lymphatic system, addresses inflammation and urinary illness
Bright Green - provides anti-infectious, anti-septic, and regenerative stimulation
Bright Blue - lubricates joints, helps address infections, stress, and nervous tension
Bright Yellow - strengthens the body and acts on internal tissues
Bright Indigo - helps address eye inflammation, cataracts, glaucoma, and ocular fatigue
Bright Pink - Acts as a cleanser, strengthening veins and arteries
INFRARED SAUNA POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
DEHYDRATION: To avoid possible side effects it is important to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your treatment.
SKIN TEMPERATURE & SIDE EFFECT: Too much time in the sauna at too high a temperature can lead to blistering. If your skin starts to sting, exit the Sauna.
DO NOT touch the infrared heaters while they are operating or cooling, it is possible to burn your skin.
AWARENESS OF YOUR BODY IS CRUCIAL: If you start to feel dizzy, lethargic, nauseous, like you may faint, or have a headache, leave immediately. So, listen to your body. Sometimes the body takes a few sessions to acclimate to the treatment. It is your responsibility to know when to exit the Sauna to stay safe. There is no point in taxing the body to extremes – especially not in the name of wellness. Moderation is key.
WHEN TO AVOID A INFRARED SAUNA SESSION?
INFRARED SAUNA:
If you are under the care of a doctor for any medical condition or reason you should consult your doctor before use.
Your heart will have to work harder during a heated Infrared Sauna Therapy & some contraindications are below. If you have any of the following conditions, you need written approval from your doctor before use. We accept approval in the form of a signed note on a prescription pad, a signed letter on the physician's letterhead or an email with the sent from email address being from the physician's office.

- Cardiovascular Conditions
- Prescription Medications
- Alcohol & Drug Use
- Elderly – the ability to maintain core body temperatures decreases with age.
- Children – their core body temperature rises much faster than adults. The sauna needs to operate at a lower temperature for no more than 15 minutes.
- Conditions with impaired sweating
- Hemophiliacs – individuals prone to bleeding
- Fever & Insensitivity to Heat
- Pregnancy
- Joint Injury – Recent joint injury should not be heated for 48 hours. Joints that are chronically hot and swollen may respond poorly to vigorous heating of any kind.
- Pacemakers / Defibrillators – The magnets used to assemble saunas can interrupt the pacing and inhibit the output of pacemakers.
- Consult a Doctor if you have any concerns that you do not see on this list.
RECOMMENDED SESSIONS TO MAXIMIZE RESULTS?

It is safe to use daily. The more you use it the greater the benefits.
