WHAT IS THE INNER SANCTUM CRYSTAL SALT CAVE?
It is a wonderful 400sqf healing space where you can go to find refuge from your day-to-day busy life, feeling safe and finding total Relaxation and Peace. You can enjoy 60mins of pure relaxation or request any of our Healing Add Ons to enhance your experience.

WHAT WILL A SALT HEALING EXPERIENCE BE LIKE?
Your first connection is through the entry door made out of wood and wrought iron. When you walk through this door you will be transported to a very sacred space. A space in which you will be able to shed your mental suit of armor, shed the walls you/we all put up to keep us going ... you will be invited to release who you are on the outside, your possessions, your opinions judgments, and your beliefs about Self and the world.

You can either lie down on the Salt Sand or seated in a zero gravity chair (please let Nicky know your preference) with the option to have a comfy blanket placed over you cocooning you in your own personal sacred space, breathing in the Medical Grade Himalayan Salt & reaping the benefits of HaloSaltTherapy (please read below for more information) in which you will find yourself immersed in Salt, Sound and Color. This is the perfect amount of time to Relax, Unwind and Renew.

This Salt Cave has been specifically created for Ascension healing purposes; this is not your traditional Salt Cave but a place that has been built using specific materials that carry huge healing benefits:

WILL I BE IN THE SALT CAVE WITH OTHER PEOPLE OR ALONE?
​​At Nibana your Salt Cave Experience will be individual. When you book, your time and day will be locked in for you and/or the group you are coming with. Unlike other caves you will not find other people inside the cave at the same time unless you have requested it.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Regular comfortable clothes, shorts, t'shirts, etc. Unless you cannot see we recommend taking your glasses off, only gold, silver, platinum, or other precious metals can go into the cave due to the salt. No phones or watches for we encourage to leave the outside world out there and go within.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE CAVE?
The only food or drink that is allowed in the Inner Sanctum is WATER in an ENCLOSED bottle.

WHAT ELSE CAN I BRING WITH ME?
If you do not want to sleep, meditate or just relax you can bring a book with you to read.
WHAT IS HALOSALT THERAPY? (Halotherapy)
Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is where 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) is heated and then ground and crushed into very tiny microparticles. These dry aerosol microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the salt room, salt cave, or salt chamber during a typical session.
As an individual relaxes, the microparticles are inhaled. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to aid respiratory concerns, while the non-inhaled salt particles are absorbed by the body to combat skin conditions.
