By purchasing any of Nibana Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Nibana Policy and that the inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from my participation in any and all services at Nibana Salt and Wellness.
You Agree and Understand that when you purchase any services offered by Nibana In Person or Online or Offsite you waive and release Nibana Salt and Wellness, its owner Nicola-Jayne Aymes, "Nicky" and any other Practitioner providing services, from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to the service provided.
​You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to have read through Nibana's Waiver and Policy.
When you purchase any service with Nibana Salt and Wellness it acts as your Signature that you are In Agreement, Understand Nibana's Salt and Wellness Waiver & Policy.
POLICY:
We invite All Beings, whatever their journey is on this Earth to come and enjoy the services at Nibana Salt & Wellness. We only ask that you follow our wishes that everyone feels Loved, Respected and Joyful during their time at Nibana.
We ask that you arrive 7 minutes prior to any Service to give yourself time to check-in and not feel rushed.
Clients Responsibility:
It is your responsibility as a client to have read our policy prior to booking any services with us here at Nibana.
Please stay home or reschedule your service to online or another day/time if you are experiencing any of the following:
You have been exposed to someone who is experiencing COVID~19, Flu or variant positive within the last 7 days of your service.
If you have a fever, viral infections or any ailment that can affect others, visiting Nibana.
HEALING SERVICES/WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS AND/OR CLASS CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVAL OR NO SHOWS POLICY:
PAYMENT:
Full Payment Will Be Taken To Book Your Service at Nibana via the NibanaSW.com website
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:
Nibana Requests a 48 hours' (2 days prior to your service) cancellation notice via email to NibanaSW@gmail.com or text to 667.500.2076. Make sure to state your name, day/time of service and the reason for cancelling.
REFUNDS:
No Refunds are available. However, if you give us 48 hours' notice you can reschedule for another day/time or use the amount for any service here at Nibana. You do not lose the amount of money you have paid.
No Refunds/Rescheduling available for cancellations after the 48-hour notice period.
NO SHOWS: Result in loss of payment.
LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive late for your service, you will only be able to receive the service for the remaining time left on the service booked.
You Acknowledge and Agree that when you come into Nibana Salt & Wellness you are confirming that to your knowledge, you are not experiencing any flue and/or Covid-19 or variant symptoms.
Any person seeking the services of Nibana Salt & Wellness must be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by an adult legal guardian.

I understand that, because Holistic Healing Services and/or other Nibana Salt & Wellness Services (Healing Haven, the Inner Sanctum Salt Cave, HaloIr Sauna, Amethyst BioMat, Vibration Plate, School Of Wisdom and All Services offered) sometimes involve touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved from receiving treatment, classes, and all services at this time, I voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and I release and hold harmless Nibana Salt & Wellness and Team Member Staff from any claims related thereto. I give my consent to receive treatment, classes and all services from Nibana Salt & Wellness and its Practitioners.
Any persons seeking the services of Nibana Salt & Wellness must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

Nibana Salt Cave & Wellness and Team Member Staff recommends all clients do their own research & discuss any services with their doctor prior to booking & coming for a service to make sure the service is the correct one for their health condition.
It is the client’s responsibility to have read & researched all contraindications to any service on the Nibana Salt & Wellness website & elsewhere prior to coming for that service and understand & acknowledge all and any risks involved.
