​Last year we went to Sedona, AZ for our healing and this year we will be going Internationally.... YES ! We will be going to the magical country of Spain near Barcelona as well as visiting another country called Andorra, settled between Spain and France.

Come and immerse yourself in a HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS RETREAT in a quaint historic Boutique Hotel & Thermal Spa just outside of Barcelona (30mins), where the vibrant energy of Catalonia meets serene, restorative natural landscapes. This retreat is designed for a deep reconnection to your Soul, offering a sanctuary from the demands of modern life. You will find yourself in a beautifully appointed setting, surrounded by quiet landscapes that support inner work and deep rest.

During your stay, you will be experiencing a multi~dynamic way of healing on all levels, physically, mentally, and spiritually. We will focus on your needs and flow through the agenda making amendments when the healing calls for it.
The retreat is designed to be a journey inward—a chance to slow down, listen to your inner self, and rediscover your purpose.

Before and after the retreat, you will receive support to ensure your experience is grounded and impactful long after you return home.

Important Dates For Participants

Included in the Nibana Retreat Price are 7 Spanish Classes + 3 Pre Gatherings + 1 Post Gathering as shown below:
SPANISH CLASSES:
You will be receiving 7 Spanish Classes ~ Up To 75mins where we will offer you the lingo that should help you feel a little more confident when you are in Spain. These will be street conversational easy words, phrases, numbers and more.
The dates for these classes are as follows:
1. February 9th at 6pm | 2. March 9th at 6pm | 3. April 13th at 6pm
4. May 11th at 6pm | 5. June 8th at 6pm | 6. July 13th at 6pm
7. August 10th at 6pm
All of these classes can be achieved In Person or online via ZOOM as well for those living afar let us know if you wish for the zoom link via email NibanaSW@gmail.com.

PRE~ RETREAT INFORMATIONAL GATHERINGS:
We will be holding 3 x 90mins informational gatherings In Person or via Zoom prior to the trip as follows:

1st Gathering: Sunday March the 1st at 10:30am
2nd Gathering: Sunday June the 7th at 10:30am
3rd Gathering: Sunday September the 6th 10:30am
POST~ RETREAT ENERGY CHECK, BALANCE AND FEEDBACK:
We will be holding 1 x 90mins after the trip to check in on our energy, boost it a little and for any Q&A's that may have surfaced after the Retreat. This Gathering will occur on:

This trip was life changing for me. I went to Sedona broken and filled with despair after some major life events and returned balanced and happy. I know there was magic in those energy vortexes and I can't wait for the next trip. It opened my mind to universal connections and concepts in ways I would never have anticipated. The bond formed with the other women was also invaluable as we walked our own paths of healing.
