Breathwork + Medical Qigong or Yoga + Meditation + Sound + Integration w/Salt Therapy "Flow the mojo" means to let positive energy, creativity, and confidence - essentially your "mojo" - move freely and naturally through you, allowing you to perform at your best and achieve your goals with enthusiasm and ease; it signifies a state of being fully present and in the zone, where your actions are fueled by a positive internal momentum. This class is considered Somatic Healing and is a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It aims to help individuals heal from physical, emotional, and psychological trauma by addressing the underlying somatic (bodily) sensations and Somatic experiences of exploring and processing traumatic experiences through gentle, non-invasive techniques. During this class held within the Sacred Walls of the Inner Sanctum Salt Cave you will experience: Mindful movement: Paying attention to bodily sensations and using movement to release tension. Tapping into your physical and energetic organs to release Trauma and Ancestral Karmic Patterns. Bodywork: Using Energy Medicine and light touch to release physical restrictions and improve body awareness. Breathwork: Utilizing breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. Meditation: Cultivating inner stillness and connecting with the body. Stillness & Purification: A time to integrate as you lie down on the Salt Sand as Medical Grade Halo Salt is pumped into the room allowing you to completely Surrender to the final healing of cleansing and purification of the Body & Mind. This class is designed to bring you back into balance on all levels so you can navigate your body and mind into a Higher Vibration and Consciousness.

Gifts Certificates are valid for ONE (1) YEAR from purchase date. HEALING SERVICES/WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS AND/OR CLASS CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVAL OR NO SHOWS POLICY: PAYMENT: Full Payment Will Be Taken To Book Your Service at Nibana via the NibanaSW.com website CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Nibana Requests a 48 hours' (2 days prior to your service) cancellation notice via email to NibanaSW@gmail.com or text to 667.500.2076. Make sure to state your name, day/time of service and the reason for cancelling. REFUNDS: No Refunds are available. If we receive 48 hours' notice you can use the money paid toward another like service i.e. Class for a Class, Session for a Session etc.. If Nibana cancels a the same policy applies. NO SHOWS: Result in loss of payment. LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive late for your service, you will only be able to receive the service for the remaining time left on the service booked.
