WHAT STEPS HAVE BEEN PUT INTO PLACE FOR YOUR SAFETY?

Who Can Come In?: 

We invite you All to come and enjoy the services at Nibana Salt & Wellness. All we ask is for Respect & Love for all Beings and come to have Fun as you heal....

 

Service Etiquette: Please arrive 10 MINUTES prior to any Service to give yourself time to check-in and not feel rushed.

 

Foot Coverings: All clients will be prompted to take off their shoes when they enter. We do have personal one time use foot coverings for anyone who is suffering any foot ailment. We recommend you bringing a clean pair of regular or yoga socks for your Salt Cave Experience.

 

Classes: Please read your service requirement to see if you need to bring anything with you.

 

Clients Responsibility: It is your responsibility as a client to have read our policy prior to booking your service, class, etc. with us.  We also ask and appreciate your cooperation in the following ways.

 

Please stay home & reschedule your service if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • You have been exposed to someone who was/is COVID~19, Flu or variant positive within the last 7 days of your service.
  • With a fever or symptoms of the flu and/or COVID~19 or variants within the past 48 hours.
  • You have recently been in a high-risk group setting within the last 7 days.
     

When you come into Nibana Salt & Wellness you are confirming that you are not experiencing any flu and/or Covid~19 or any variant symptoms. You have not been in contact with anyone who was tested positive or had symptoms within the last 7 days. With your presence here you are confirming that you are healthy & responsible for assisting us with maintaining a safe environment for all those that come to this space. 

 

Service and/or Class Cancellations by Nibana: We request a 24 hours' notice (1 day prior to your service) is required when canceling or rescheduling your service. If 24 hours' notice is not given, there will be a cancellation fee. If you do not show for your service and/or class, the full amount will be taken.

 

For optimal benefit for students healing experience, we require 3 people or more to attend any class offering at Nibana Salt & Wellness or the School Of Wisdom. 

 

Payment Methods: We accept Visa & Mastercard

Deposit Requirements: All deposits are Non-Refundable; however, they may be used towards a future similar category event at Nibana. 

 

We cannot express enough how THANKFUL we are for your loyalty, support and understanding regarding these necessary steps that will allow us to continue providing the highest level of service, safety and pampering in this new environment with new and unique needs.

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & NO~SHOWS?

With any late arrivals, wellness center service(s) will finish at the scheduled time, while the normal service fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. While we make every effort to accommodate our guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours in advance if canceling or rescheduling a single-service appointment. 

No~Shows & Late Cancellations will result in full payment of your service.

Compassion literally means “to suffer together.” It is important to understand that we are all going through stuff! Compassion is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to assist that person with their suffering. It is very rewarding when you do this and karmically will be returned to you at some point.

I understand that, because Holistic Healing Services and/or other Nibana Salt & Wellness Services (Healing Haven, the Inner Sanctum Salt Cave, HaloIr Sauna, Amethyst BioMat, Vibration Plate, School Of Wisdom and All Services offered) sometimes involve touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved from receiving treatment, classes, and all services at this time, I voluntarily agree to assume those risks, and I release and hold harmless Nibana Salt & Wellness and Team Member Staff from any claims related thereto. I give my consent to receive treatment, classes and all services from Nibana Salt & Wellness and its Practitioners.

Any persons seeking the services of Nibana Salt & Wellness must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.

Nibana Salt Cave & Wellness and Team Member Staff recommends all clients do their own research & discuss any services with their doctor prior to booking & coming for a service to make sure the service is the correct one for their health condition.

It is the client’s responsibility to have read & researched all contraindications to any service on the Nibana Salt & Wellness website & elsewhere prior to coming for that service and understand & acknowledge all and any risks involved.
