You will be lying down on the Salt Sand with blankets, throws and pillows or seated in zero gravity chairs (your choice) so you can immerse your energy in Sound and Vibration. The use of Aromatherapy will allow your energy to open and receive the healing energies of Cosmic Ascension Reiki.
At the end you will have the opportunity to ask Nicky about any images, feelings or other that may have shown up. Nicky will be connected to your energy and can intuitively receive guidance for you.

Infrared Sauna + Salt Cave Experience
This experience is Detoxifying, Cleansing and Healing. First you will be taken to the Infrared Sauna to allow your body to open and release as you detox and soften opening your energy in preparation for the next step of this journey. Then immerse yourself in the Inner Sanctum, Salt Cave for 30mins to purify your energy field. The medical grade salt will come into the room and cleanse you on all layers of your Bodies: Emotional, Mental, Physical, and Spiritual.

The first step you will be taken to the Sound n'Vibration room to lie on our Vibration bed. As you listen your body will vibrate to the sound allowing for deep release and balance to return to your Body, Mind and Soul.
You will be welcomed to enjoy your healing time ending with a warm and inviting HaloIR sauna session. HaloIR refers to being inside our 4-sense sauna reaping the benefits of the infrared and medical grade salt that will enter the booth and cleanse you from the inside out!
