ABOUT SUE : Sue is a lifelong health and wellness follower and a long-time yoga student. Now later in life with retirement nearing and the kids grown she has the space to transform from student to practitioner. A Kundalini yoga class in 2021 changed her life, putting her on a journey of profound healing, self-discovery and acceptance. Since then she has become hooked!
Kundalini yoga has allowed her to connect to her authentic self, shed limiting beliefs and falsehoods in order to find joy and loving purpose in life. She is so excited to share with you this amazing practice so you too, can reap the benefits in the same way she has been able to experience them.
She is starting to Intern at Nibana for both her Kundalini Teacher Certification to be completed in Spring of 2026 with the Kundalini Yoga School in the Netherlands. But also for her Holistic Health & Wellness Practitioner Certification that she is studying with the Nibana School Of Wisdom to be completed by Fall in 2025. Sue has also completed her Mastery Level of Cosmic Light™ Reiki Practitioner Training having become an exceptional Cosmic Reiki® Practitioner.
You will see that her offerings do reflect her Pre-Certification status until she becomes fully certified. Nicky who is a Kundalini certified Yoga Instructor will be supervising all classes.

Tom Wilkinson, Ed.D.
Shamanic Energy Medicine, Artist, Teacher
ABOUT TOM: He has been engaged in various forms of non-traditional and energetic healing for over 25 years and his holistic approach to life stems from his belief in the interconnectedness of all things. The indigenous healing practices of Peru’s medicine women and men form the lineage of his shamanic healing education. After a life as an artist and corporate/college/university educator, he re-awakened to the understanding that he had been called to do this work again.

Tom is a graduate of the Gateway School of Shamanism under Deborah Wray, former senior faculty for Dr. Alberto Villoldo’s Healing The Light Body School. Additionally, he has completed advanced graduate programs in dream manifestation. In early 2013, he received the Munay-ki nine Empowerment rites based on the initiatory practices of the Q’ero shamans of Peru, and he studied in Peru with Don Theo Parades, Ph.D., a renowned anthropologist and Shaman. Tom has participated in shamanic ceremonies in numerous sites in Peru including the Temple of Wiracocha, Pisac, Lake Titicaca, Colca Canyon, and Machu Picchu. He has participated in shamanic energy healing training with Sandra Ingerman and Alberto Villoldo, and was engaged in Hank Wesselman’s last teachings as part of the Shamanic Visionary Circle year long program.

Tom served as Visiting Shaman for Reiki Journey - Alternative and Holistic Health in Blacksburg, Virginia and assisted teaching second year students in the Gateway School of Shamanism in Charlottesville, Virginia. He will be teaching “Shamanic Healing Wisdom and Practices” as part of the Certified Practitioner for Holistic Health program of Nibana School Of Wisdom in Annapolis, Maryland.
