If 24 hours' notice is given, you can put the class amount toward a future same class @Nibana.
No Refunds Available for cancellations after the 24 hours' notice period.

What is Quantum?

Quantum healing is a term coined by Deepak Chopra to describe how our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect the way we experience illness and health in our lives. According to this principle, our consciousness does not just control the function of our brain and nervous system but allows us to heal trauma and ancestral energies we hold on to.

"Flow the mojo" means to let positive energy, creativity, and confidence - essentially your "mojo" - move freely and naturally through you, allowing you to perform at your best and achieve your goals with enthusiasm and ease; it signifies a state of being fully present and in the zone, where your actions are fueled by a positive internal momentum.

This class is considered Somatic Healing and is a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on the connection between the mind and body. It aims to help individuals heal from physical, emotional, and psychological trauma by addressing the underlying somatic (bodily) sensations and Somatic experiences of exploring and processing traumatic experiences through gentle, non-invasive techniques.

Chanting and Singing is a form of rhythmic, and/or repetitive vocalization practiced in a wide range of cultures. It is used in spiritual practice to strengthen community, heal illness, and overcome psychological and emotional difficulties. It can be a form of prayer, or meditation to focus one's mind and connect with a higher power. It is considered an Ancient Tradition leading the chanter/singer on their road to Spiritual Enlightenment.

While chanting and singing, people often report feeling a heightened awareness and a greater ability to rest in the moment and experience. There can be a distinct feeling of being “at home,” with no need to be anywhere else, or for things to be different. One just connects with others in the room and we all become ONE in that moment. An immense feeling of Unconditional Love is felt in the Inner Sanctum Salt Cave that allows us to fully open our hearts toward Ascension of the Soul.

During this class we will Sing, Chant, Play, Move and Awaken our energy to a heightened state of being. We will sing a mix of deep, simple, playful and profound songs. If you have a favorite be sure to let Nicky know and we will join you in singing it!

Contemplation is similar to Meditation however, it happens at a time when the Veil is thin so we can connect with our Healing Guides in the Etheric and/or our Highest Version of Self to have questions answered, receive any messages from beyond or insights to what we need in this lifetime. A time when your spiritual gifts are more available than at other times. A great day to sit in Community Style to connect in a Safe and Loving space.

Nicky will guide you to get you started and offer up intuitive guidance and insights, healing energy will be running in the room to help enhance your connection if you are new to this and if you just need a push. Afterwards we will sit together enjoying breakfast as we share our experiences or if this is your case Grab n'Run off to work, Rejuvenated, Re-energized and Ready for your day!
