Each class will be different as Nicky will pull from all the energy movement certifications she has taken. This is a fun class for all levels.

Come and join Jen Conklin for this wonderful relaxing MIDDAY (12pm) Energy Movement Class. This is not your regular yoga class.... It occurs within the walls of the Inner Sanctum Salt Cave which allows for a deeper Soul healing and cleansing experience as well as having your Life Force Energy flow bringing Balance and Harmony back into your Body.
Each class will surprise you and will be different as Jen will guide you through Stretches, Restorative, Yin, Kundalini, Therapeutic and other movements to meet your needs. She is trained to assist with all kinds of physical needs such as; Sciatica, Stiff Muscles, Upper/Lower Back pain, IT Band issues, Neck and other structural and muscular imbalances. On an energetic spiritual level her goal is to assist you with releasing emotional blockages, trauma, and karmic cycles allowing for clarity and peace. She is also an Ascension Cosmic Reiki® Practitioner and will be offering this yummy energy at some point during her class.
At the end of her class expect to completely switch off from everything as you are left lying on your back on 8 inches of Himalayan Salt facing the Copper Ceiling that will have you go even deeper, surrounded by Himalayan bricks, healing symbols listening to soft sounds in the background as Medical Grade HaloSalt is pumped into the space so you can integrate, and complete your Cleansing process.

These sounds will have you opening your Inner Light allowing the darkness to fade away, so negative thoughts and emotions just flow through you instead of becoming emotional blockages that you hold on to and affect the physical body.
Shellie will then come around with her magical healing hands to offer hands on Healing Energy to assist you to go even deeper into your Soul and your healing process.
