The purpose of a vision board is to serve as a visual tool for goal setting, motivation, and focus, by creating a collage of images, words, and affirmations representing your dreams and aspirations, helping you clarify intentions, stay inspired, and keep your desired future at the forefront of your mind. It acts as a constant reminder, boosting positivity and making you more likely to take action towards achieving personal or professional goals, from career growth to better health.
